Wet & Dry Rot Treatment
DRY ROT, WET ROT, WOODWORM, FUNGUS PROBLEMS
Both dry rot (Serpula Lacrymans) and Wet Rot, if not treated can cause structural problems to your home, and under the right conditions (i.e., poor ventilation, damp running water) can spread at alarming rate.
Dry rot is by far the more serious of the two, this will attack the core of the timber and if not treated will produce spores which are airborne and can spread to other parts of your home.
